Experienced Property Manager (Full Time) - Immediate Start

 The successful applicant will have: 

  • QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (Required)
  • Drivers License (Required)
  • Previous Property Management experience (Required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Console Gateway – ability to run all aspects of the Property Management module
  • A thorough knowledge of Property Management legislation
  • Excellent time management/ organizational and interpersonal skills

 

Duties will include managing all aspects of a property management portfolio:

  • Routine inspections
  • Entry/ exit condition reports
  • Repairs & maintenance
  • Arrears management
  • Leasing & document preparation
  • Communication with landlords and tenants
  • QCAT document preparation & attendance (if required)

Trust Account Manager (Part Time - Flexible Hours) - Immediate Start 

The successful applicant will have: 

  • QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (Required)
  • Previous Trust Accounting experience (Required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Console Gateway – ability to run all aspects of the Property Management module
  • A thorough knowledge of Property Management legislation
  • Excellent time management/ organizational and interpersonal skills

 

Duties will include managing all aspects trust accounting:

  • Daily receipting/deposits and daily reconciliation of trust account
  • Management and recording of transactions associated with property sales including liaising with agents, clients and solicitors (i.e. Deposits and Settlements)
  • Mid-month and end of month processing
  • Tenant invoicing/ refunds
  • Bond disbursements & lodgements
  • Processing and payments of invoices for creditors
  • Day to day administration & record keeping of the trust accounting records 
  • Completing all necessary documentation, correspondence and form preparation associated with the smooth operations of the the trust account
  • Additional administrative tasks as directed
